Saturday, August 31 2024 ( Open and Invitational Divisions) 7:30 am - 1st Race
Timer will be using chip timing (portcitytiming.com) Race numbers and chips will be in your packets. CHIPS MUST be returned to the timer after the meet or school will be charged for any missing chips.
Box assignments for each race are located on the front of the packet. Some boxes will have 2 team located in it if needed.

ALL ENTRIES FOR ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE DONE AT www.al.milesplit.com .Invitational Division must email strackrun@aol.com for approval.to enter that division.
ALL ENTRY FEES BELOW ARE FOR INDEPENDENT - FR/MS - OPEN - INVITATIONAL DIVISIONS
The entry fee is $75 per division /per team/per gender. Less than 5 runners is $25 per runner per gender team

Entries should be able to finish in 30 minutes. Awards to Top 10 Girls and Boys. Awards to first place Girls and Boys Teams after boys race will follow.

Invitational Division: Saturday ,August 31, 2024
Entries are limited to 7 runners. Only 5 score. All Invitational Teams are to please email a short bio on team and your top 2 runners. Example last year’s finish at state or preseason ranking, etc. Please email to strackrun@aol.com.for Invitational entry approval..
Note: ALL RUNNERS MUST COMPETE IN SCHOOL TEAM UNIFORMS. IT IS THE COACHES RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW UNIFORM RULES. PLEASE CHECK UNIFORM RULES. IF A UNIFORM IS RULED AS AN INFRACTION THE ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE. ONCE CALLED TO THE STARTING LINE TEAM MUST STAND BEHIND STARTING LINE FOR RACE INSTRUCTIONS. NO WATER bottles allowed in starting area or run outs once called to the starting line. Come ready to race. ONLY coaches and competitors allowed in the starting area. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETES ARE WELL HYDRATED !!!
